It is uniquely set in four 17th century houses right on the city's most prestigious canals. The facade is typical of this distinct style.

In contrast to the traditional exterior, the small lobby is more modern, but there are still strong touches of tradition. This area also includes a cozy bar and comfortable lounge area.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but there is a breakfast room situated on the lower ground floor, with natural daylight, which can be used for groups.

The rooms vary in size from small to large due to the age of the building. They are modern but simple in style, although some still retain their original wooden beams which are typical of the buildings from this century. Along with the bathrooms, their condition is fair to good. A very small percentage have, however, been totally renovated in modern style, and are in very good condition.
