Hyatt Regency Perth is currently undergoing an exciting redevelopment programme that will introduce new guestrooms by September 2010.
Regency Club rooms on floors 9 and 8 and guest rooms on floor 7 will be completely redesigned, floors 5 and 4 will undergo a soft refurbishment and every room in the hotel will be upgraded to include new doors with electronic locking system and flat-screen LCD televisions.
